- Oversee the life cycle of a sounding rocket through its design, construction, launch, and deployment of payload
- Design, construct, and test a meteorological payload for a sounding rocket
- Receive data transmission from payload and analyze readings for Stratosphere and lower regions of the atmosphere
- Recover payload and rocket components.
- Through all these processes, create departmental unions and corporate relationships for future interdisciplinary capstone project teams
